Happy HOMECOMING Day!! We are on a RALLY bell schedule today. The Pep Rally will be after 5th period today. The Homecoming parade on Main Street will start @ 5pm and the football game starts @ 7pm. Don’t forget to bring your ID and remember that you cannot bring in drinks.

What’s up Eagles? Are you interested in playing Spikeball? The Gundo Spikeball Club meets at lunch on Fridays starting TODAY on the practice field. Don’t miss out!

Are you curious about SoCalRoc/ Visit us during Fall Open House on Thursday, October 24th from 1:30-6:30PM. Visit classrooms to see students and instructors in action.

It's October!! That means it's breast cancer awareness month. Consider donating to an organization whose mission it is to find a cure!

Students, if you haven’t already done so, please upgrade your iPad to the latest IOS software update now.

The deadline to sign up to take AP Exams is TODAY. Bring your registration form and payment to MRs. Thompson in the main office during snack and lunch ONLY.

TOMORROW, October 19th is the PSAT for those who signed up. Doors open at 7am. You must be here no later than 7:30am to check in at the tables in the hallway outside of the office. Review your Student Manual. You must bring two #2 pencils and have your student ID or you will not be able to take the test. Don’t forget to bring a scientific calculator for one of the Math sections. Most graphing calculators are also acceptable, as long as they cannot access the internet or have other smartphone-type features. We will not have calculators for you to use. If you have any questions about the PSAT, be sure to ask Dr. Fox before Saturday.

For those students who need a replacement student ID, please go to the Activities office at snack or lunch to purchase one for $5.

Students: If you have lost your Invisalign retainer or cell phone, please see Dr. Fox in her office.

As a reminder, students should NOT be in the south gym lobby, south gym or the north gym without supervision at snack or lunch.

Attention all baseball players. There will be a mandatory meeting for all current and new players to the program on Monday, 10/21 at 1:10pm in room R202. Be there on time. See you then.

The PTA annual Reflections contest theme is “Look Within”. The entry forms and rules are available in the library. The deadline for all entries is Monday, October 21, 2019.

Calling all crafters. The Library invites you to our second event next Friday, 10/25 at lunch. Stop by to decorate a sugar skull and hear about Day of the Dead traditions.

Young women grades 9-12: If you have an interest in technology, join reps from AT&T and Apple for a free event in El Segundo, including a private coding/robotics session tomorrow, October 19th from 9am to 2pm. See Ms. Harada in the CCC for more info.

If you are interested in meeting with college reps from Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Princeton, Notre Dame and many MORE, consider attending an upcoming college fair in El Segundo this Sunday, October 20th from 2-4:30pm at Vistamar school.

Are you interested in an airport career, including pilot, flight attendant, fire/safety, airport police/K-9, ticketing, baggage, cargo, etc.,? Then sign up in the CCC to attend LAX Aviation Career Day. Deadline to turn in permission slips to Ms. Harada.
