Eagle families: ESUSD has applied for, and been granted, Provision II status by the California Department of Education for its school lunch program.

As a result, all school lunch forms collected this year will be valid for the next three years, reducing the amount of paperwork for the school and families.

To begin the process, it is important that all families complete the new Alternative Household Income Form because there are new programs and benefits for those who qualify, as well as additional funding for students via the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF).

Please click on the link below to complete this new form (for the last time for three years!) and support all Eagle students and families.
