Mr. Davlantis had big shoes to fill and has done so with grace, patience, and A LOT of coordination! We have had huge success for El Segundo in recent years, from our CIF-winning Golf Team, new and highly successful Girls Flag Football, and the classic El Segundo Baseball team. Foti has done a tremendous job bringing budget clarity, recruiting talented coaches, and maintaining treasured traditions. She goes out of her way to get to know them and what they want, so that their food options are specific to the students she supports. Leilani makes sure that student choices are varied and delicious, and that her staff does the same thing. Whether it's taking the food out to students on campus or at the gates as they arrive, or handing out food from the cafeteria, Leilani is always looking for ways to make sure students get what they need, all while delivering it with a smile.”
